Haven't been posting/chat

Sorry I haven't been posting stuff lately, but I have been quite busy n' all. But also, I have heard some people are confused on where the chat is. The chat is located all the way on the bottom of the blog. I'll see if I can fix where it is, but I am truly sorry for that.
